How we handle a quote request
RejuvenateYYC is in Calgary. This page describes what the quote form collects and who can see it. Questions and consent withdrawals go to support@rejuvenateyyc.com or 587-887-4737.
Who is accountable
RejuvenateYYC is responsible for personal information collected on this website. The contact for privacy questions is support@rejuvenateyyc.com. This notice follows the fair-information principles in PIPEDA, Canada's federal private-sector privacy law. A quote collected in Alberta is also covered by Alberta's private-sector privacy law.
What we collect
- First and last name, and a phone number.
- An email address, if you choose to leave one.
- The property address, whether it is a home or a business, and the roof age you select.
- The time you consent to be contacted about that quote.
- The IP address and browser string recorded with that consent.
- Ad click details already in the page address, such as a campaign tag, if you arrived from an ad.
We collect this to measure the roof and contact you about the quote. We do not ask for a social insurance number, payment card, or other information we do not need for that purpose.
Why we keep it
We use it to measure the roof, show an approximate size, and have an advisor contact you. If you leave an email, we send you a confirmation and we send a copy to our office mailbox. We keep a record of consent so we can show that contact was allowed. We do not sell this information, and we do not use it for a purpose you did not agree to.
How long we keep it
We keep a quote for as long as it is necessary to measure the roof, contact you, complete the work you ask for, and hold the consent record. When it is no longer necessary for that purpose, we keep it for a minimum of two years, then delete it.
Who else handles it
- The quote is stored in our database. Only staff with the office key can open it.
- Email is sent through Resend from support@rejuvenateyyc.com.
- The address is sent to a map provider so we can read the roof outline. That request is for measurement, not for a mailing list.
Consent
The form does not send until you check the consent box. That is your permission for us to contact you by phone or email about this quote under Canada's anti-spam law. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing support@rejuvenateyyc.com. We will stop using the address for that purpose.
Measurement tags
Advertising measurement tags are not loaded unless they are configured and you allow them. Until then, the public site does not set a Google analytics or ads cookie. If you allow them later, you can withdraw that choice by clearing this site's saved data in your browser.
Outside Alberta
The database, the email service, and the map measurement service may store or process a quote outside Alberta, including in the United States. We use them only for the purposes on this page. Their role is to host the record, deliver the email, or return a roof measurement.
Access and a challenge
Email support@rejuvenateyyc.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete the quote. We will respond to the address or phone number already on the request. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada under PIPEDA. For a quote collected in Alberta, you can also complain to the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Alberta.
